Bio Park

Bio Park, located in Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, is a wildlife sanctuary that offers visitors the opportunity to get an up-close look at various animal species, as well as to participate in environmental education activities. The health and well-being of the animals are its main focus. The facility also aims to promote environmental education and awareness. By learning about the habits and habitats of these animals, visitors come to understand the importance of conserving natural areas. The walking trail is approximately 700 meters long, where visitors can see more than 18 different animal species, ranging from macaws, toucans, and parrots to jaguars, monkeys, snakes, peccaries, anteaters, and a small petting zoo. At the start of the tour, everyone is briefed on the park’s rules regarding the safety and well-being of the animals. The park is accessible to all ages.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes; you can include this tour on your way back or before visiting nearby attractions such as Nascente Azul, Estância Mimosa, Recanto das Águas, Gruta do Mimoso, and Parque das Cachoeiras.
